MRF Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 3 for FY21

The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.3/- per equity share [30%] for the financial year ending 31st March,2021. The Company has fixed 19th November, 2020 [19.11.2020] as the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or after 1st December, 2020 [01.12.2020].
