ASM Technologies Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of ASM Technologies Ltd at their meeting held today, 4th November 2020, has declared an Interim dividend of Rs.2.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the year 2020-2021.

In view of the 2nd Interim dividend declared for the year 2020-2021, 19th of November, 2020 has been fixed as the record date.

The dividend will be paid on or before 3rd of December, 2020.
