Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd shares to list on Nov 2, 2020

Effective from November 02, 2020, the equity shares of Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd (Scrip Code: 543243) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Bombay Stock Exchange in the list of 'B' Group Securities.

The company issued shares in the recently concluded IPO at a price of Rs. 33 per share. The issue got subscription of 1.95 times.

The holding company Equitas Holdings Ltd's stake reduced post this IPO. The prmoter group is required to reduce its stake step by step after setting of the small finance bank.

Shares of Equitas Holdings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.46.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 47.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 112602 in over 1266 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 48.15 and intraday low of 46.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5315251.
