The Board of Directors of NXTDIGITAL LIMITED by circular resolution dated October 29, 2020 accorded its approval to divest 80,78,155 equity shares of Rs 10 each held by Company as Assets for Sale in Hinduja Leyland Finance Limited (HLFL) which constitute 1.72 % of the paid-up equity capital of HLFL as per independent valuation of Rs 119 per shares to Hinduja Automotive Limited U.K.

Shares of NXTDIGITAL LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.614.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 629.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 103 in over 40 trades.
