Virinchi Limited has incorporated a Wholy Owned Subsicliary Company "V23 Medical Solutions Private Limited" on 30th October, 2020 whose main business activity will be Mobile App based pharma Distribution & other health care aggregation services and allied activities.

Shares of Virinchi Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.33 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 33.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10972 in over 96 trades.
