Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd at its meeting held on October 29, 2020, has declared an interim dividend of 60% i.e Rs. 6/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up.

The dividend will be paid to those members whose name appears in the Register of Members of the Company on November 10, 2020, being the record date, to be decided in consultation with stock exchange, for the purpose of the payment of the interim dividend. The interim dividend payout will be on or after November 26, 2020.
