Surya Roshni Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of Surya Roshni Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2021.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholder for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend has been fixed as Monday, 9th November, 2020 and the Interim Dividend will be paid to the shareholders subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes, within the time prescribed under law.
