JK Paper Ltd to raise Rs. 260 crore through NCDs

The Board of Directors of JK Paper Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., on Thursday, 29th October 2020 has, accorded its consent to the proposed issue of redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of upto Rs. 260 crore (Rupees Two hundred Sixty crore only), in one or more tranches, on private placement basis.

Shares of JK PAPER LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.89.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12013 in over 292 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 90.7 and intraday low of 89.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1079233.
