Kopran Ltd board delcares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of directors of Kopran Limited at its meeting held today, has declared interim dividend of Rs.1.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2020-21.

The record date for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend is Saturday, 7th November, 2020.
