NTPC Ltd board to consider Q2FY21 results, buyback on Nov 2, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of NTPC Ltd is scheduled to be held at New Delhi on Monday, 2nd November, 2020, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board.

The board will also consider proposal for buyback of equity shares of the Company.

The Trading Window for transactions in the securities of the Company which was closed from October 1, 2020 for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid results, shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results. During the closure of Trading Window, Insiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of NTPC.

Shares of NTPC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.85.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 86.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1168533 in over 5593 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 88 and intraday low of 84.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 100453857.
