A meeting of the Board of Directors of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020, to consider, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 and a proposal for Public Issue of Non-convertible Debentures for an amount not exceeding Rs. 500 crores to be made in one or more tranches.
