Kimia Biosciences Ltd receives loan licence to manufacture few drugs

KIMIA BIOSCIENCES LIMITED (Formerly Known as Laurel Organics Ltd.) has received loan licence to manufacture for sale or for distribution of drugs other than those specified in Schedules C, C (1) & X and manufacture for sale or for distribution of drugs specified in Schedules C, C (7) excluding those specified in Schedules X to the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. They are:

'Loan Licence to manufacture of drugs other than those specified in Schedules C, C (1) and X' to the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, i.e. Acotiamide Tablets, 100 mg, Citicoline Tablet 500 meg, Teneligliptin Hydrobromide Hydrate Tablets 20mg, Rifaximin Tablets 550 mg, Luliconazole Lotion I % W/V, Luliconazole Creaml % wf, Levosulpiride Tablets 25mg, Levosulpiride Tablets 75mg, Rivaroxaban Tablets 20 mg, on the premises situated at Plot No.8, Pharmacity Selaqui, Distt. Dehradun Uttarakhand C/o M/s East African (India) Overseas, vide License No. 50/UA/LL/2020 dated 15" October, 2020 in Form No. 25-A.

'Loan Licence to manufacture of drugs those specified in Schedules C, C (1) excluding those specified in Schedules X' to the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, i.e. Thiamine Injection IP 100 mg/2 ml, Aciclovir Cream IP 5.0 % w/w, Azithromycin Tablets IP 500 mg, on the premises situated at Plot No.8, Pharmacity Selaqui, Distt. Dehradun Uttarakhand C/o M/s East African (India) Overseas, vide License No. 55/UA/LL/SC/P-2020 dated 15% October, 2020 in Form No. 28-A.

The aforesaid licenses are issued by Drug Controling cum Licensing Authority, Directorate of Health Services, Uttarakhand, Sahastradhara Rd, Raipur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand-248013 (India) under Drugs & Cosmetics Acts & Rules made hereunder.
