Vishal Fabrics Ltd Board approves Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of Vishal Fabrics Ltd at its meeting held on October 22, 2020, has considered and approved the Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the ratio of 1 :2 i.e., 1 (one) Bonus Equity Share of face value of Rs. 5/- each for every 2 (two) existing Equity Share of face value of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up, held by the shareholders in accordance with Articles of Association of the Company, subject to approval of members of the Company.
