Foseco India Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 5 for CY2020

The Board of Directors of Foseco India Ltd at its meeting held today, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5/- (50%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year ending on 31 December 2020.

The record date for the purpose of payment of the interim dividend will be October 30, 2020.

The interim dividend will be paid / despatched to the shareholders on or before November 21, 2020.

Shares of FOSECO INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1217 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1230.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 175 in over 48 trades.
