Shiva Cement Ltd approves expansion project of Rs. 1530 crores

The board of directors of Shiva Cement Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved the plan for expansion of setting up of 4000 TPD clinker unit alongwith a 1 MTPA grinding unit. The company will fund the project cost of Rs. 1530 crores with a mix of long-term debt and equity. The ground breaking ceremony is scheduled to be held on October 22, 2020.

Shares of SHIVA CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.10.48 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.96. The total number of shares traded during the day was 334797 in over 428 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 10.84 and intraday low of 10.01. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3509657.
