Reliance Retail receives subscription amount from TPG

Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd, has received the subscription amount of ₹ 1,837.50 crore from TPG Asia VII SF Pte. Ltd. (TPG) and allotted 26,932,942 equity shares to TPG.

Shares of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2175.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2175.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 352226 in over 21777 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2228.4 and intraday low of 2156. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 771750005.
