Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd raises Rs. 50 crores through Commercial Paper

Pursuant to power delegated by the Board of Directors of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd at its meeting held on 17 December 2019, the Finance and Management Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on today 16 October 2020, has allotted 1000 units of commercial paper of Rs. 5,00,000/- each, aggregating to Rs.50 Crores at a discount rate of 4.75% p.a.

Shares of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.49.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43116 in over 568 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 50.55 and intraday low of 49.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2156911.
