Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd receives Rs. 5,550 crore from KKR group

Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, today received the subscription amount of ₹ 5,550 Crore from Alyssum Asia Holdings II Pte. Ltd. (KKR) and allotted 81,348,479 equity shares to KKR.

Shares of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2287.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2280.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 306815 in over 15320 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2304.2 and intraday low of 2269.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 700759702.
