Marico Ltd board to consider Q2FY21 results, interim dividend on Oct 28, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Marico Ltd is scheduled on 28/10/2020, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the corresponding period.

The board will consider proposal for declaration of an Interim Equity Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 ('Interim Dividend').

The record date for interim dividend, if declared, shall be November 6, 2020 and the payment date for the Interim Dividend shall be November 25, 2020.
