Ador Multi Products Ltd to form JV with former cricket player Ravi Shastri

Ador Multi Products Limited had earlier announced formation of Joint Venture Company to launch a new range of personal care, skin care, hygiene and men's grooming products. The proposed Joint Venture Company is under incorporation process. In the proposed company, Ador Multi Product Limited will hold 51% shareholding and 49% shares will be hold by Mr. Ravi Shastri directly and / or indirectly.

The necessary formalities for initial subscription towards the share capital will be duly undertaken by the company.
