Silver Lake Co-Investors complete additional investment in Reliance Retail

Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, today received the subscription amount of ₹ 1,875 crore from SLP Rainbow Holdings Pte. Ltd. and SLP Rainbow Co-Invest (DE), L.P. ('Silver Lake Co-investors') and allotted in the aggregate 27,482,594 equity shares to Silver Lake Co-investors.

Shares of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2233.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2238.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 305022 in over 15084 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2252.65 and intraday low of 2217.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 680876994.
