Delta Corp Limited updates on write down of investment value in Jalesh Cruises Mauritius Ltd

Jalesh Cruises Mauritius Limited ("JCML"), in which Deltin Cruises and Entertainment Private Limited ("DCEPL") (a subsidiary of Delta Corp Limited ) holds approx. 25.75 % stake has passed a board resolution approving the appointment of an administrator as it is unable to meet its financial commitments.

Considering the high level of uncertainties with respect to cruise business in India and across the globe and the financial position of JCML, the Company had appropriately written down the value of investment by DCEPL in JCML in the audited financial statements of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.

Shares of DELTA CORP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.114 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43526 in over 740 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 115.65 and intraday low of 113.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4984596.
