The Management and Finance Committee has today approved the allotment of 550 unlisted (and which shall continue to be unlisted unless otherwise mandatorily required under applicable Law), collateralised, unrated, redeemable, non-convertible debenture of face value of Rs.10,00,000/- each, at par, aggregating to Rs. 55,00,00,000/- to IFC.
