AGI Infra Limited board approves proposal to issue 20 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of AGI Infra Limited at their board meeting held on October 1, 2020, have considered and approved the proposal to issue of up to 20,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company on preferential basis to specified persons of promoters and specified other entity(ies) belonging to public category, at such price, which is not less than the minimum price determined with reference to the relevant date in accordance with Regulation 164(1) of the ICDR Regulations, subject to necessary approvals and compliances.

Shares of AGI Infra Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.53.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 53.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1489 in over 22 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 56.5 and intraday low of 52. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 82181.
