RR Metalmakers India Ltd board to consider santion letter received for loans

A meeting of the Board of Directors of RR Metalmakers India Ltd is scheduled on 05/10/2020, to consider and approve proposal to obtain consent to avail loan facility as per the sanction letter issued by Union Bank of India, Khand Bazar Branch, Maharashtra for Union Guaranteed Emergency Credit Line (UGECL) of Rs. 1.99 crore and to approve relevant matters.

The board will obtain consent to avail loan facility as per the sanction letter issued by Union Bank of India, Khand Bazar Branch, Maharashtra for FITL loan of Rs. 51.30 lakhs and to approve relevant matters.

The board will also obtain consent to avail loan facility as per the sanction letter issued by State Bank of India, SME Backbay Reclamation Branch, Maharashtra for Guaranteed Emergency Credit Line facility of Rs. 3.58 crores and to approve relevant matters.
