Narendra Investments (Delhi) Ltd to foray into speciality and fine chemicals business, change name

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Narendra Investments (Delhi) Ltd is scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 1.30 P.M. at the registered office of the Company, to consider and approve change in the main object of the Company to include manufacturing, marketing, import and export of Speciality and Fine Chemicals and change in the name of the Company in order to align with the proposed change in the main object of the company.

The board will consider alteration of MOA and AOA of the Company and acquisition of suitable business assets/ manufacturing facilities in line with the proposed main object.

The board will also consider any other matter, if required with the permission of the chair.
