Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd at its meeting held on September 15, 2020, have declared an Interim dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/-each of the Company (5% of the face value).

The Interim Dividend, shall be paid on and from September 28, 2020.
