CARE reaffirms rating of Can Fin Homes Ltd

CARE Ratings Ltd. (CARE) has reviewed the ratings of Commercial Paper issue upto an amount of Rs.4,500 Crore (outstanding Rs.1850 Crore).

CARE has reaffirmed the rating "CARE Al+ (A One Plus)" and Rating Action 'Removed from credit watch with developing implications'.

On review of recent developments including removal of credit watch of rating of Canara Bank, Principal Shareholder of CFHL and operational and financial performance of the Company for FY20 (audited) and Q1FY 2021 (provisional), the rating was reviewed.

Shares of CAN FIN HOMES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.424.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 391.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 92561 in over 3187 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 438.9 and intraday low of 401.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 39148724.
