Parag Milk Foods Ltd has announced that it has received intimation from the promoters / promoter group of the company on further release of 20,00,000 Pledged Shares. The shares were released by Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited, to whom the shares were pledged by promoters / promoter group for personal borrowings.

Shares of Parag Milk Foods Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.104.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 105.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 91174 in over 2072 trades.
