Sanmit Infra Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of directors of Sanmit Infra Limited at its meeting held on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at registered office of the company has recommended a final dividend of 0.25 Paisa per share of paid up value of Rs 10/- each on record date for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subiect to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
