Sanmit Infra Limited board approves preferential issue

The Board of directors of Sanmit Infra Limited at its meeting held on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at registered office of the company has considered and approved the issue of 48,28,250 warrants to promoters and 11,71,750 lakh equity shares to non-promoters at a issue Price of Rs. 12.50/- each [Face value (Rs. 10/-) + Premium (Rs. 2.5/-) on preferential basis. The Promoter/promoters (group) will subscribe 48,28,250 lakh warrants at Rs.12.50/- and the Non-promoter will subscribe 11,71,750 equity shares at Rs. 12.5/-, subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The relevant date for the said issue will be August 28, 2020.

Shares of Sanmit Infra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.143 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 146. The total number of shares traded during the day was 301 in over 7 trades.
