NMDC Ltd to demerge steel plant

The Board of Directors of NMDC Ltd at their meeting held on Thursday the 27th August 2020, have accorded in-principle approval to the proposal to demerge its NMDC Iron & Steel Plant (NISP), Nagarnar, Chhattisgarh.

Shares of NMDC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.96 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 96.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 264354 in over 1862 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 97.6 and intraday low of 95.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25403766.
