The Board of Directors of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd at its meeting held on August 25, 2020, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 105 per Equity Share (Nominal Value of Rs. 10/- each), for the Financial year ended June 30, 2020. The divided shall be paid between November 30, 2020 to December 18, 2020, on approval of the Members at the 56th Annual General Meeting.
