The capital raising committee of the board of directors of The Phoenix Mills Ltd ('Capital Raising Committee') at its meeting held today, i.e., August 22, 2020 approved the allotment of 1,81,81,818 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2 each to qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs. 605 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs.603 per Equity Share), aggregating to Rs. 10,999,999,890 pursuant to the Issue.
