Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd board to consider Q1 results on Aug 31, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 31, 2020 through video conferencing, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results (subjected to limited review by the Auditors) for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

The board will consider the proposal for amending and altering certain terms of the NCD subject to compliance with the applicable law and receipt of necessary approvals and any other matter with the permission of the Chair, if any.

The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 1, 2020 up to two Trading Days after the date of declaration of the financial results mentioned above.
