Aarti Drugs Ltd board recommends 3:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Aarti Drugs Ltd at its Meeting held on Thursday, August 20, 2020 has approved the increase in authorized share capital of the Company from Rs. 25,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Crore) to Rs. 120,00,00,000/- (Rupees One hundred and Twenty Crores) by creation of additional 9,50,00,000 (Nine Crores Fifty Lakhs) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each and consequent amendment to clause V of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

The board also approved the issuance of fully paid up Bonus Share in the ratio of 3:1 i.e. 3 (Three) Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for 1 (One) fully paid up Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each. The Company will intimate the 'Record Date' for determining eligible Shareholders entitled to receive Bonus Shares in due course.

Shares of AARTI DRUGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2410.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2367.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 37466 in over 6062 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2446 and intraday low of 2280. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 89512624.
