YES BANK Ltd has sold its holding in CG Power & Industrial Solutions Ltd

YES BANK Limited ("the Bank") has sold 6,34,00,000 equity shares having nominal value of Rs.2/- each, constituting 10.12% of the paid-up share capital of CG Power & Industrial Solutions Limited ("CG Power") in various tranches, last being on August 18, 2020 resulting into a change in holding of the Bank by more than 2% of the total shareholding of CG Power.

It may be noted that the Bank has sold the entire shares held by the Bank and after the aforesaid disposal of shares, the Bank now holds NIL shares of CG Power.

Shares of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.15.39 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.66. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1368162 in over 397 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15.39 and intraday low of 15.39. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21056013.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.15.78 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.03. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26118756 in over 11249 trades.
