Britannia Industries Ltd board recommends interim dividend of Rs. 83

The Board of Directors of Britannia Industries Ltd at their meeting held on August 17, 2020, have declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 83 per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1 each for the Financial Year 2020-21. The Interim Dividend is proposed to be paid to the shareholders, subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes, within the time prescribed under law.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend has been fixed as Thursday, 27th August, 2020.
