Transaction Highlights and I-Sec Achievements

Large Deal Size: The transaction involved a sale of 6.9 mm shares of the company v/s an average daily trading volume (based on last three months) of ~1.0 mn shares.

Successfully Priced: Given the strong interest from Westbridge, the deal was priced at INR 746.40 / share, i.e. no price discount to last close, to ensure best possible pricing to the seller.

Banker of Choice to AU SFB and shareholders throughout its Capital Market Journey: I-Sec was the left lead BRLM in the Company's IPO in Jul-17. Apart from acting as the sole broker for the on market trade for Warburg Pincus, I-Sec has also acted as the broker to ChrysCap to facilitate its ~$50mn stake sale in two tranches in Aug-18 and Sept-19. In Jun-16, I-Sec acted as the advisor for a pre-IPO stake sale of ~$110mn.

I-Sec is at the forefront in marketing AU SFB's story and onboarding marquee names: I-Sec has conducted multiple investor roadshows even post listing, and has been able to garner new investors at premium valuations.

Strong institutional placement capabilities: I-Sec has executed ~$850mn+ of secondary deals in CY20 YTD including trades for marquee private equity funds such as this deal, Aavas Financiers ($93mn), Indiamart ($50mn) etc. Other large on market deals include stake sale in ICICI Lombard ($300mn), ICICI Pru Life ($110mn), 3M ($40mn), Wheels India ($30mn) etc.

Partner in Volatile Markets: Post the onset of the pandemic in India, I-Sec has been able to close multiple deals. I-Sec successfully launched Rossari Biotech IPO after a four month hiatus in the IPO market amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown situation in India. Other key deals include QIP for JM Financial; Right issue for Reliance Industries and Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited; REIT for Mindspace, FPO for Yes Bank, stake purchase by TA Associates in NSE etc.

Shares of ICICI Securities Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.493.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 490.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21908 in over 1419 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 505.2 and intraday low of 486.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10910702.
