GlobalSpace subsidiary Makebot Makes inroads into Global market

GlobalSpace Technologies Limited is delighted to inform our esteemed stakeholders about the major breakthrough made by our subsidiary - Makebot in establishing its global footprint. Makebot's unified digital platform is gaining great traction from domestic as well as International students.

Makebot Robotic Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India's leading STEAM education company has recently announced its international operations in Asia-Pacific & middle east regions for its STEAM certification programs. Makebot has taken substantial step by signing MoUs with 7 established partners in countries like Malaysia (2), Singapore (1), Indonesia (1), Australia (1), New Zealand (1) and Dubai (1). Makebot will be rolling out its STEAM education programs along with coding in the mentioned countries in association with its channel partners, which will target the students of 4-18 years age group.

Commenting on Makebot's entry into the International Market, Mr. Amit Verma, Director of Makebot, 'We have always put our efforts towards achieving our mission to engage, educate & empower children to think creatively by involving them with STEAM through experiential learning which will foster life skills in children. We at Makebot have signed an exclusive partnership with University of Malaya (https://www.um.edu.my/), to offer co-branded STEAM certification for its domestics & international students. University of Malaya is a strategic alliance and a valued partner to expand Makebot STEAM education programs globally since it's a well-known brand in providing STEAM education. We are also in talks with few more international partners for its EU & US markets and in final discussions for the same. Moreover, few more international universities collaborations are in pipeline as part of expansion plans. We are optimistic to reach out every student going forward.'

Commenting on the recent Development, Mr. Krishna Singh, Founder & CMD of GlobalSpace Technologies Ltd said, 'We are quite excited and very optimistic about the breakthrough we have made of taking Makebot to the Global market. Initially, STEAM learning was more prevalent in developed countries like US, Europe, etc. However, our subsidiary - an early mover in India have been able to establish and make breakthroughs in other Countries as well, which is very encouraging for us to reach our future prospects.'

He further added, 'We have seen a major rise in interest for STEAM learning in Indian markets. We have also witnessed few deals happening within these segments, as one of the leading digital Education providers has done major acquisition in the STEAM learning space. This itself shows a potential of STEAM learning in India as well as in other markets. We have been already established in India and this foray in International market will help us significantly to increase our presence. We see substantial increase in demand considering the recently announced 'National Educational Policy' by Government of India.'

Shares of Globalspace Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.84.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 82.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 88315 in over 247 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 93.8 and intraday low of 84. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7606743.
