Cospower Engineering Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Cospower Engineering Ltd at its meeting held on August 06, 2020, has approved and recommended the Dividend of Rs. 1.20 /- ie. 12% of fully paid up equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2019-20 on all equity shares subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting.
