Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd allots 2,61,78,777 Rights Equity Shares

Pursuant to the finalization of basis of allotment of the Issue in consultation with National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the designated stock exchange for the Issue, the Committee of Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. August 06, 2020, has considered and approved the allotment of 2,61,78,777 Rights Equity Shares at an issue price of Rs.570 per Rights Equity Share (including a premium of Rs.560 per Rights Equity Share) to the eligible applicants.

Shares of SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.661.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 642.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 258854 in over 8254 trades.
