AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited board to consider quarterly results, interim dividend on Aug 10, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited will be held on Monday, August 10, 2020, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

The board will consider declaration of an Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2020-21.

The 'Trading Window' remains closed for all Designated Persons, from June 16, 2020 to August 12, 2020 (both days inclusive) in terms of AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
