Nxtdigital Ltd Board approves Dividend for FY20

The Board of Directors of Nxtdigital Ltd at their Meeting held today, i.e. on Friday, July 31, 2020, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5/- per share, i.e. 50% for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Nxtdigital Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.394 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 401.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 263 in over 20 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 403 and intraday low of 394. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 105360.
