CreditAccess Grameen Ltd allots 250 NCDs

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of CreditAccess Grameen Ltd, today, has approved allotment of 250 (Two Hundred Fifty) each having a face value of INR 10,00,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Lakh) aggregating up to INR 25,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Crores Only) on private placement ("Debentures" or "NCDs").

Shares of CreditAccess Grameen Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.521.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 543.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5044 in over 1010 trades.
