Nikhil Adhesives Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY20

The Board of Directors of Nikhil Adhesives Ltd at its meeting held on July 30, 2020, considered and approved the dividend @ Re. 1/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2020, which will be subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
