UFO Moviez India Ltd board to announce Q1 results on Aug 7, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of UFO Moviez India Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 7, 2020 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2020 prepared in accordance with the IND-AS.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company had been closed from July 1, 2020 for all the Designated Persons of the Company and the same will continue to remain closed till August 9, 2020 (both days inclusive).
