Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Ltd at its meeting held on July 27, 2020, has approved the recommendation of the final dividend for the financial year 2019-20 at the rate of Rs. 2.50 per equity share ( i.e. @ 25% ) of Rs.10/- each fully paid for financial year the 2019-20 to the shareholders for approval at the ensuing AGM.
