Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd board to announce Q1 results on Aug 5, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd will be held at its Office, No.9, Third Avenue, II Floor, Indira Nagar, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020, Tamil Nadu on 5th August 2020, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30.06.2020.

The trading window for dealing in the shares by the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, remains closed from 1st July 2020 to 7th August 2020 (both days inclusive).
