Creative Casting Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Creative Casting Limited in its meeting held on Today i.e. Saturday, the 25t day of July, 2020, have approved and recommended payment of final Dividend at the rate of 100% (i.e. Rs. 10.00 per equity shares of Rs. 10.00 each) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2020 subject to approval of Members at ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting ('85th AGM') of the Company.
